The South-Doyle Area Homeowners Association meetings are held every first (1st) Tuesday of the month at 7:OO PM.

Meetings are held at the Stock Creek Baptist Church fellowship hall, which is located on the corner of Martin Mill Pike and Stock Creek Road.

Dues are $10.00 yearly per person with a max of $20.00 per household, payable to The South-Doyle Area Homeowners Association.

Dues pay for the meeting space, June picnic, and small meeting materials.

The South-Doyle Area Homeowners Association (SDAHA) was formed in the mid 1970’s to ensure controlled growth and community partnerships in South Knoxville.  SDAHA is heavily involved in community affairs including MPC controlled growth planning, Elementary and High School participation.
